Emergency Preparedness Services
T&M recognizes the growing need of its clients, in today's high hazard — high threat environment, to adequately prepare and quickly respond to an emergency or crisis. In order to accommodate our client's efforts to prepare for crisis events and emergencies, T&M offers the following emergency preparedness services that compliment T&Ms existing diverse security and investigative portfolio of security services:
Threat / Hazard Profile Assessment
The Threat / Hazard Profile Assessment includes a comprehensive review and analysis of an organization's threat and hazard profile. An organization's overall risk is measured by its exposure and vulnerability to natural hazards as well as malicious acts to include criminal acts and acts of terrorism.
Business Impact Analysis
This Business Impact Analysis measures the impact of a specific incident on an organization's overall operation including life safety, finances, marketing, legal compliance, and quality assurance.
Capability & Needs Assessment
The Capability & Needs Assessment involves a review of an organization's capacity and capability to respond to and recover from a crisis or emergency incident.
Business Continuity and Restoration
Businesses need to restore operational activities as quickly as possible during and after an emergency or crisis to ensure continued generation of revenues and successful relationships with customers and strategic vendors. Business continuity planning, as part of an overall emergency preparedness program, is critical to any company's bottom-line. T&M will support a clients planning process by identifying the organization's most critical business functions and the required steps to ensure continued operations or the fastest route to restoration.
Strategic Planning & Preparedness
Using an integrated strategic planning model, T&M's team of highly experienced emergency management professionals will facilitate emergency preparedness strategic planning and preparedness workshops that address threats and hazards identified in the various risk assessment services offered by T&M. The series of workshops conclude with the development of a comprehensive master emergency management plan that provides a framework for an organization's management and response to an array of emergencies including but not limited to, fire, hazardous materials, flood, bomb scare, explosion evacuation and communication failures.
