Paul Berger Joins T&M Protection as VP of Technical Services

NEW YORK — February 11, 2005 — T&M Protection Resources, a leading security, technology, investigative and consulting services firm, has announced the appointment of Paul Berger, 48, as Vice President of its Technical Services unit. Mr. Berger has been chosen to lead the expansion of T&M's technical services business division which provides integrated security and surveillance systems and electronic countermeasures to major corporations, financial institutions, property management owners and high net-worth private clients. He will report to Joseph Russo, Vice President of Special Operations.

Prior to joining T&M, Mr. Berger spent 23 years with ISSCO Corp., designing integrated CCTV, video recording, access control and alarm systems for business, industrial, corporate and institutional applications. His extensive security technology background includes sales, field operations, fabrication, installations and customer service.

He also has been responsible for developing customized maximum-security applications for museums and exhibits of priceless works of art.
