T&M Protection Resources Names Joseph Russo Vice President of Special Operations

Russo brings extensive experience from U.S. Secret Service

New York, NY – T&M Protection Resources has named Joseph Russo Vice President of Special Operations. Russo will be responsible for executive protection operations, client relationship management and quality assurance programs,reporting directly T&M Protection Resources Chairman and CEO, Robert Tucker.

"Mr. Russo’s 20 years with the U.S. Secret Service, including his most recent post as Special Agent in Charge of former President Clinton’s detail, will provide our clients an added level of expertise and knowledge" said Tucker. "His combination of knowledge and local and international contacts will be a tremendous asset to our clients and our organization."

During Mr. Russo’s most recent assignment as Special Agent in Charge of President Clinton’s detail, he was responsible for the overall physical security and protection for the former President and Senator Hillary Clinton including their residences and offices in New York and Washington, D.C. Mr. Russo’s previous positions with the U.S. Secret Service include assignments as Assistant to the Special Agent in Charge in the New York Field Office Protection Squad where he was responsible for the supervision of all security arrangements involving Secret Service protectees in New York City.  During this assignment, Mr. Russo was appointed as the New York Field Office Coordinator for all designated National Special Security Events in New York City, including the United Nations General Assembly of 2001 and the World Economic Forum of 2002.  He was previously assigned as Special Agent for the Vice Presidential Protective Division in Washington, DC.

Joseph holds a BA in Criminal Justice from Iona College in New Rochelle, NY and previously served on the City of New Rochelle Police Department.
